How to Enroll in Zelle®

Send and receive money quickly with Zelle®, integrated into our digital banking services.

Steps to Enroll:​​

​​

1. Log In to Online or Mobile Banking:

    •  Access your account through the Bank of Commerce Online Banking portal or Mobile App.

2. Navigate to Zelle®:

    •  In Online Banking:

       â–   Go to the "Move Money" section.

       â–   Select "Zelle®."

3. Enroll in Zelle®

    •  Select “Enroll” after you have read and agree to the Zelle Service Agreement and Disclosure.

    •  Enter the email address or U.S. mobile number you wish to associate with Zelle®.

4. Select Eligible Accounts

    •  Select which eligible account(s) you want to enroll in Zelle® and select “Enroll”.

5. Getting Started

    •  Select the “Getting Started” button to begin the verification process.

6. Information Verification

    •  Select which form of verification to enroll to send or receive money.

    •  Select the primary account to send and receive money.

7. Verify

    •  Input the code sent to your chosen verification method.
