Students under age 18 must have a parent or guardian as a secondary owner on the account. Accounts closed within 90 days of account opening will incur a $20 early closing fee.

The monthly service fee will be waived until the student’s 24th birthday. At that time, the service fee will be $3.00 each statement cycle OR $0 if a daily balance of $1,000 is maintained OR the accountholder receives e-statements.
