How to Enroll in Mobile Banking

Steps to Enroll:

1. Download the Bank of Commerce Mobile App:

    •  For iOS users:

       ■  Visit the App Store and search for "Bank of Commerce Mobile Banking."

    •  For Android users:

       ■  Visit the Google Play Store and search for "Bank of Commerce Mobile Banking."​

2. Install and Open the App:

    •  Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your device.

    •  Open the app once installation is complete.

3. Log In or Enroll:

    •  If you are already enrolled in Online Banking: Bankcom.com

       ■  Use your existing username and password to log in.

    •  If you are a new user:

       ■  Select the "Enroll" option within the app.

       ■  Provide the necessary personal and account information.

4. Set Up Security Features:

    •  Enable biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint or facial recognition) if your device supports it.

    •  Configure additional security settings as prompted.

Note: Ensure your device has the latest operating system updates for optimal app performance.
