How to Enroll in eStatements
Go green with electronic statements that are accessible anytime, reducing paper clutter. Opt in through your online banking account settings today and enjoy the convenience of eStatements.
Steps to Enroll:
1. Log In to Online Banking:
• Access your account through the Bank of Commerce Online Banking portal.

2. Access eStatement Preferences:
• Navigate to the "Accounts" tab.
• Select “Documents."

3. Enroll in eStatements:
• Confirm your email address for statement notifications.
• You then have the option to enable for all accounts or specific accounts.
4. Confirm PDF Access
Read the eStatement disclosure agreement.
• Click the “PDF Reader” link to be directed to a new window with a confirmation code.
• Input the code into the “Code” field.
• Select “Submit."

5. Delivery Preference Confirmation
• A banner will appear confirming your delivery method was changed.
