What is SecurLOCK™ Equip?
SecurLOCK Equip is a mobile app that allows you to control how, when and where your debit cards are used. It's a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity. This app provides added peace of mind by allowing you to turn your card on/off, set location-based controls, receive real-time alerts and more.
Is there a fee to use the app?
Not at all! Bank of Commerce customers have access to SecurLOCK Equip at no charge.
Does SecurLOCK Equip replace the Bank of Commerce mobile app?
No, SecurLOCK Equip does not replace the Bank of Commerce mobile app. SecurLOCK Equip allows you to manage your debit card from your phone. It does not provide balances or information about your other Bank of Commerce accounts. The BOC mobile app will still provide you with connection to your bank accounts on the go.
What if my debit card is lost or stolen?
In the event that your card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 662-453-4220. Turn your card "off" in the SecurLOCK Equip app. After you receive a replacement card, you must add this new card to your SecurLOCK Equip account by following these steps: Menu > Manage Portfolio > Add Card. You can also “unmanage” the old card via "Manage Portfolio" within the app.
