Bank of Commerce in Oxford will update their branch to feature a modern, clean feel that still reflects the charm of the city.
“We love being part of the Oxford community,” said Matt Parham, city president of the Oxford branch. “We’re excited about the remodel and the ways this will enable us to serve our town even better.”
As part of the renovation, customers will have access to a universal banker, a team member trained to handle a wide range of banking tasks from beginning to end. The update will also include an instant issue card machine on site, deposit automation and other tech-savvy features. To further improve the banking experience, customers can enjoy a custom coffee bar area.
“From the moment you step in the door, we want you to have a fantastic experience with us,” said Bank of Commerce president and CEO, Bryan Thornhill. "Making these upgrades is just one more way to show our customers that we care.”
Bank of Commerce is located at 1610 W. Jackson Ave. Structure First, led by Brit Boatright, is the builder behind the redesign. Structure First is a financial institution consultancy and program management firm that provides as-needed facilities solutions to its clients, including architecture, design and branding.
